Nimmo-Bell & Associates may have a new owner, website and Practice Director but the legacy of its founders’ extensive professional experience lives on.
Prime Consulting International Ltd purchased the business and assets of Nimmo-Bell & Company Ltd in 2017 after enjoying a successful five-year strategic working partnership with the New Zealand-based firm.
Michael Yap, who has been with the firm for several years and specialises in business, finance and market analysis, has taken on the role of Practice Director.
Nimmo-Bell has 25 years’ international development and development banking experience, which includes regional development initiatives across multiple Pacific Island countries and experience in trust fund governance.
Michael holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and has substantial experience undertaking economic and industry analysis in the primary sector throughout the Asia Pacific region. He also has management experience across several other industries.
Future clients will continue to benefit from Nimmo-Bell’s wide net of associates.
